Thank you for choosing "TRXPSINC"! We aim to provide you with seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Pre-Made Orders: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped thank you.

Pre-Order items: Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's drop. Please do not miss that, it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's custom agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
